Westby Cooperative Creamery, located in Southwest Wisconsin, Which is considered the "Heart of Dairy Country," has been producing quality dairy products since 1903.

So many years of experience ensures the highest quality products for each of our customers. The production process we use allow us to make each product in small batches for high quality and great taste.  Our products are never massed produced.

The milk we use is delivered daily to our creamery from our family dairy farms, making certain the freshest possible ingredients and the freshest products to our customers.

Farmer-Owned

Westby Cooperative Creamery is farmer-owned.  That means that more than 100 farmers who supply milk to the creamery, from their family dairy farms, own the company. They take great pride in the traditions of the past, the daily operations of the present, and the future growth of the business.

Our farmer-owners share a philosophy in ensuring the best welfare of their animals by producing rBST-Free milk*; no hormones are injected into the cows to make them produce more milk.

Our farmer-owners also share a very close connection with our customers.  It is their product in the dairy case that is consumed by customers who are also their neighbors, living in nearby towns or across the state.  Their commitment to quality products ensure customer satisfaction.
