Dad’s Favorite Casserole

  • 2 c. uncooked noodles
  • 2 medium size onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs beaten

Combine the first 8 ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Pour the beaten eggs over the noodle and cheese mixture. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
