Slim ’N Frosty Fruit Shake
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 c. low fat cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c. chilled cut-up fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches,
- cantaloupe, blueberries or raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 1 c. ice cubes
- 2 Tbsp. frozen lemonade concentrate
Place all ingredients into blender container. Cover; process on high until smooth. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
Note: For extra frosty shake, freeze peeled banana several hours before using.
