Easy Bake Peaches with Westby Butter and Vanilla Ice Cream

Peach pie in the summer is like sunshine on a plate, but it takes a lot of work to make. For an alternative that highlights Westby’s rich butter, try easy bake peaches served warm with vanilla ice cream and a cinnamon-sugar top. This fruit dessert requires just five ingredients and will have your pallet dancing a jig in the sweet summer air.
- 3 large ripe peaches
- 2 tablespoons salted Westby butter
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- For serving: vanilla ice cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray oven safe pan with nonstick spray.
Slice peaches in half and remove pit. Place peach halves in pan.
Place about 3/4 teaspoon of butter in the middle of each peach.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl then sprinkle on each peach.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden on top.
Lay each baked peach on an individual serving plate next to a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.
