West Road Dairy

In case you missed it, WXOW shared a June Dairy Month segment featuring Westby Creamery farmer-owners Seth and Erin Anderson of West Road Dairy in Ettrick, Wisconsin.

The Andersons’ small family farm has been in the family for 140 years, ever since Seth’s great-grandfather, Olaus, purchased the farm in 1886. Both Seth and Erin grew up farming and have loved it for as long as they can remember.

“I believe that I was born to dairy,” Erin shares. “You know how much work it is. You know how much time it takes — but when you love it, you love it!”

The Andersons take great pride in their land, their cows and the life they’ve built together. Every day, they’re striving to produce the highest-quality milk possible to ship to Westby Cooperative Creamery — a reflection of the care, commitment and heart they pour into their farm.

Take a brief look at the history, hard work and heart behind West Road Dairy.
