Cottage Cheese Snack Bowl

Westby Creamery cottage cheese is a tasty snack on its own but even better with a few simple add-ins to boost its macronutrients. Macronutrients – carbohydrates, protein and fat – are the main nutritional components of food. The amount needed for each macro will vary from person to person and depend on your own goals and body. But whatever macros you’re striving to hit, there’s a cottage cheese snack bowl for you. Below are just three options but each can be modified accordingly and thrown together in less than five minutes!
Option #1 – The Fresh Garden Bowl
- ½ cup of Westby Creamery cottage cheese
- 3 oz sliced grape tomatoes (about 5 tomatoes)
- ¼ cup chopped cucumber
Option #2 – The Savory Bowl
- ½ cup of Westby Creamery cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp bacon bits
- 1 medium green onion
Option #3 – The Berry Bowl
- ½ cup of Westby Creamery cottage cheese
- ½ cup blackberries and raspberries
