This creamy salmon spread is the perfect blend of rich, savory flavors and fresh, tangy goodness, thanks to Westby Creamery sour cream. Packed with protein and brightened by fresh dill and zesty lemon – it’s a lighter, healthier option that doesn’t compromise on taste.

Even better, this dip comes together in under five minutes using just a handful of kitchen staples. Serve it with crackers or veggies for an impressive addition to your holiday spread or keep it on hand as a satisfying snack to power through your busy week.

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz canned salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Westby Creamery sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Drain the water or oil from the canned salmon and remove any bones or skin.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. (Pro tip: Use an immersion blender or food processor to save time and give your arm muscles a break from all the holiday cooking.)
  3. Add in salmon, chopped dill, green onions and seasonings. Mix until combined. (For smaller salmon pieces, pulse together with an immersion blender or food processor for this step.)
  4. Transfer to your favorite serving bowl and enjoy! Garnish with dill and a lemon wedge and serve alongside your favorite crackers or veggies.
