French Onion Puff Pastry Rolls

These French Onion Puff Pastry Rolls are a delightful appetizer for the holiday season or any get-together this winter! Each bite features layers of flaky, golden pastry wrapped around creamy, melted provolone and savory roast beef, with Westby Creamery’s Organic French Onion Dip to add a rich, bold onion flavor that elevates this recipe to a new level of deliciousness. These rolls are easy to make and are sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Serve warm and watch them disappear!

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2-3 tbsp Westby Creamery Organic French Onion Dip
    • Tip: For a slightly milder taste, you can also use Westby’s regular French Onion Dip.
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 3 slices of thick-cut deli roast beef

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and spread the French onion dip evenly over it.
  3. Lay the provolone cheese slices on top, followed by the roast beef slices.
  4. Starting at one end of the puff pastry, tightly roll it into a log.
  5. Cut the log into 6 equal-sized pieces (or 12 for smaller bites) and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops are browned to your liking.
