French Onion Puff Pastry Rolls

These French Onion Puff Pastry Rolls are a delightful appetizer for the holiday season or any get-together this winter! Each bite features layers of flaky, golden pastry wrapped around creamy, melted provolone and savory roast beef, with Westby Creamery’s Organic French Onion Dip to add a rich, bold onion flavor that elevates this recipe to a new level of deliciousness. These rolls are easy to make and are sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Serve warm and watch them disappear!
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2-3 tbsp Westby Creamery Organic French Onion Dip
- Tip: For a slightly milder taste, you can also use Westby’s regular French Onion Dip.
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 3 slices of thick-cut deli roast beef
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and spread the French onion dip evenly over it.
- Lay the provolone cheese slices on top, followed by the roast beef slices.
- Starting at one end of the puff pastry, tightly roll it into a log.
- Cut the log into 6 equal-sized pieces (or 12 for smaller bites) and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops are browned to your liking.
