Mango Peach Cottage Cheese Smoothie

We get it – not everybody likes cottage cheese. But whip it into a smoothie and suddenly you’ve taken your morning beverage and given it a protein boost! Enjoy this mango peach cottage cheese smoothie at any point in your day for a vitamin-filled pick-me-up. This recipe contains 6.8 grams of protein, potassium, vitamin C and so much flavor.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mangos
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¾ cup of orange juice
¾ cup Westby Creamery 2% cottage cheese (organic or conventional variety)
1 to 1.5 tablespoons pure honey
Directions:
Place measured ingredients in a blender and whip to smoothie consistency. Makes three, 8 oz servings.
