Wisconsin YouTuber Introduces Westby Creamery Cheese Curds

Westby Creamery cheese curds made a special appearance on Wisconsin YouTuber Jeff Rice’s (Ricer) channel “Dead Broke BBQ.”

Dead Broke BBQ has over 17,000 subscribers from all over the country that are always asking about where to find the best authentic cheese curds. In his most recent video, Ricer let his subscribers in on his favorite Wisconsin curds from Westby Cooperative Creamery. “I’ll tell ya, it makes beer taste a lot better,” Ricer said. He also made special note of his favorite flavor. “I think their pepper curds are their best — they have a good kick!”

Dead Broke BBQ began in Ricer’s backyard and garage in Central Wisconsin. The channel first launched in 2019, but BBQ has been a passion of Ricer’s for over 25 years. Each video is designed to teach viewers new tips and tricks and help them enhance their backyard BBQ fun. Today, his channel has a following of over 17,600 YouTube subscribers with about 1.2 million views.

In this particular video, Ricer perfectly butterflies and smokes a couple of boneless pork butts as part of a competition with other BBQ gurus on YouTube. At the 6:39 minute mark, he shares not only his love for Westby Creamery cheese curds but an online coupon code to purchase them!
