The Sales Representative – Bulk & Retail Support – is responsible for gaining new bulk accounts and managing current bulk, private label and retail accounts throughout the United States. This position performs sales calls directly with buyers and CEOs – along with their respective teams – at their corporate location and/or locations of operation. Responsibilities include contacting potential customers by phone and email; offering existing customers additional products; conducting meetings in person with clients; generating leads; and being a liaison between sales, marketing, plant operations and administrative departments. The Bulk & Retail Support Sales Representative is also responsible for assisting clients with price and promotion requests to ensure growth and customer satisfaction. This position backs up colleagues during absences and participates in trade show planning, preparation and execution and other duties as assigned by manager. This position also supports the work of the marketing department with tasks such as competitive price analysis and other tasks as requested by manager.
