Past, present, and future. Since 1903, the Westby Cooperative Creamery has been farmer-owned and is dedicated to producing high-quality cultured and hard cheese dairy products. Our farmer-owned community of more than 100 farmers and their families are also dedicated to doing what’s best for our animals, our planet, and you – our dairy lovers. From our farms to your fridge, delivering sustainable dairy products is our priority. We conserve natural resources, renew energy, and responsibly manage waste. We keep our cows comfortable and their needs urgent.
