Creamery launches new website

Creamery launches new website
Jul 09, 2019 (Westby, WI)

Westby Cooperative Creamery is excited to announce the launch of its newly designed website. Months of preparation, review and testing have culminated with this change, which is aimed at making the user experience easy while also highlighting the Creamery’s commitment to its small family farms.

“We knew the time was right to make this investment, and we hope our fans, clients and community enjoy the accessibility of this site,” Pete Kondrup, Westby’s general manager, said.

The website – http://www.westbycreamery.com – features a toolbar across the top of the homepage where visitors can quickly navigate to information about the creamery’s products, its history, commitment to sustaining small, family farms, employment opportunities and places to shop for its award-winning cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, hard cheeses, dips and more.

With this launch Westby Cooperative Creamery is also making a commitment to more consistent communication with its community to include monthly blog posts about its farms, its families and their stories.

“This cooperative is one of the longest operating dairy creameries in the United States, and its legacy of keeping small family farms in business – while simultaneously producing award winning dairy foods – needs to be told, and told more often,” Emily Bialkowski, the Creamery’s sales and marketing manager, said. “I know the heartfelt examples of teamwork, trust, family and farm pride will resonate with our supporters, and I look forward to sharing these stories with our fans.”
