Protein Packed Pancakes

These pancakes are both delicious and nutritious—and they are crafted with just three ingredients including the award-winning Westby 4% cottage cheese! Packed with 14 grams of protein per serving, they make the perfect breakfast to kick-start the day.
Ingredients (2 Servings):
½ cup Westby 4% Cottage Cheese
½ cup rolled oats
2 large eggs
1/8 tsp of salt
1 tsp Westby sweet cream butter
- Combine cottage cheese, eggs, rolled oats and salt (optional) and blend on high-speed until well-combined.
- Heat a nonstick frying pan or griddle over medium heat. Add the batter in 2-3 tablespoon portions and space evenly. Cook until the edges start to turn a golden-brown, about 2 minutes. Then flip for another 2 minutes.
- Repeat until batter is gone.
For the ultimate experience, serve with Westby sweet cream butter and your favorite syrup or jam and enjoy!
